To ensure the product quality, the technical ability of the staff who manufacture the product is indispensable. To improve the skill level and maintain the high level of the whole group, the common “standard” is the unified “skill identification system” of KOBELCO. Employees with certain abilities are selected from each factory to go to Japan for further study, and then return to each factory for teaching. Every autumn, outstanding technical personnel who stand out in the preselection of strongholds around the world gather in Japan to hold the “Manufacturing Skills Competition”. Through competition and communication, we hope to make further progress.
